3.1. Functional cookies enable the Service to remember your preferences and provide enhanced, personalized features.

3.2. We use functional cookies for:

• User Preferences. Remembering your display settings, dashboard layout, and notification preferences.
• Theme. Storing your light/dark mode preference.
• Language and Locale. Remembering your preferred language and regional settings.

3.3. If you disable functional cookies, some features of the Service may not work as intended.

4.1. Analytics cookies help us understand how Users interact with the Service so we can improve performance and user experience.

4.2. We use analytics cookies to:

• Track page views and navigation patterns within the application.
• Understand which features are most and least used.
• Identify performance issues and errors.
• Measure the effectiveness of product improvements.

4.3. We use analytics cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Amplitude. Microsoft Clarity and Amplitude may also record session replays (such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling) to help us diagnose usability issues; we configure these tools to mask sensitive input fields.

4.4. Analytics data is used to improve the performance and usability of the Service. Cookies used for marketing and advertising are described separately in Section 5A.

5.1. Some cookies are placed by third-party services that we integrate with. These include:

• Clerk. Sets cookies for user authentication, session management, and security tokens. These are essential cookies required for login functionality.
• Stripe. Sets cookies for payment processing, fraud prevention, and billing session management. These cookies are set when you interact with payment forms or manage your subscription.
• Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. Set analytics and advertising cookies when these technologies are active. See Section 5A.

5.2. Third-party cookies are governed by the respective third party's cookie and privacy policies. We do not control the cookies set by third parties.

5A.1. On our public marketing website, and to a limited extent within the Service, we use advertising and conversion-measurement cookies and pixels so we can measure the performance of our own marketing and reach people who have shown interest in Chippi. These may include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (UET), the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit pixels.

5A.2. These cookies record actions such as page views, account signups, onboarding completion, and purchases, and may be used by these platforms to attribute conversions and to show you Chippi ads on their services (including retargeting).

5A.3. We do not display third-party advertisements inside the authenticated product, and we do not sell your personal information for money. Some of these cookies may nonetheless constitute "sharing" or a "sale" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws; see Section 14B of our Privacy Policy for your opt-out rights, including Global Privacy Control.

5A.4. You can opt out of these cookies using your browser controls (Section 6) and the industry opt-out tools listed there.

6.1. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View what cookies are stored on your device.
• Delete all or specific cookies.
• Block cookies from being set in the future.
• Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set.

6.2. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Service. Disabling functional cookies may degrade your experience.

6.4. Opting out of advertising cookies. To opt out of interest-based advertising, you can use the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative, and (in Europe) Your Online Choices. You can manage Google advertising in Google Ads Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Many browsers also support a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as an opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" where required by law.

7.1. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

7.2. We will notify Users of material changes through the Service or by email.
